Tonight's CPD Seminar Postponed: Pre-Litigation Requirements in NSW – the New Regime

A CPD seminar entitled ‘Pre-Litigation Requirements in NSW – the New Regime’ was due to be held in the Bar Association Common Room on Thursday 3 March 2011. This seminar has now been postponed, and will be rescheduled once the date of proclamation of Part 2A of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 is fixed. Once a new date for the seminar has been set, details will be advertised in In Brief.
