Statutory appointments announced by the Attorney General

The NSW Attorney General, the Hon John Hatzistergos MLC, has announced the following statutory appointments, which include a number of the Association's members:

Mr Brett Anthony Batchelor, Ms Elizabeth Eleanor Beilby, Mr Garth Leslie Brown, Mr Grahame Phillip Edwards, Ms Eraine Elizabeth Grotte, Mr Michael John McGrowdie, Ms Deborah Robyn Moore, Ms Annemarie Nicholl, Ms Jane Margaret Peacock, Mr Michael Leslie Snell, Mr Paul Charles Sweeney and Mr Craig Jocelyn Tanner as full-time Arbitrators of the Workers Compensation Commission of New South Wales for the period commencing on 1 July 2010 and expiring on 30 June 2013.

Mr Ross Melville Bell, Mr Marshal John Douglas, Ms Carolyn Anne Rimmer and Ms Josephine Mary Snell as part-time Arbitrators of the Workers Compensation Commission of New South Wales for the period commencing on 1 July 2010 and expiring on 30 June 2013.

Mr Robert Norman Caddies, Ms Janice Margery Connelly, Ms Margaret Mary Dalley, Ms Christine Maree D'Souza, Mr John Marcus Hertzberg, Ms Carol McCaskie, Mr Bruce Gordon McManamey, Mr Peter Henry Molony, Mr Dennis Charles Nolan, Mr Jeffrey Paul Phillips SC, Ms Faye Leone Robinson, Ms Jennifer Anne Scott, Ms Natasha Karen Serventy, Ms Annette Margaret Simpson, Mr Leigh Moffat Virtue and Mr Christopher John Wynyard as sessional Arbitrators of the Workers Compensation Commission of New South Wales for the period commencing on 1 July 2010 and expiring on 30 June 2013.

The secondment of Mr Gary Charles Corr, Crown Prosecutor, to act as a Public Defender for the period commencing on 1 July 2010 and expiring on 30 June 2011.

The secondment of Mr Eric William Heales Wilson, Public Defender, to act as a Crown Prosecutor for the period commencing on 1 July 2010 and expiring on 30 June 2011.
