TONIGHT: Monday 28 June - Indigenous Peoples' Rights under Constitutional Law and Peace Accords

The Human Rights Committee, in cooperation with the Diplomacy Training Council, would like to invite you to an address by Raja Devasish Roy, the traditional Raja, King of the Chakmas of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) of Bangladesh. Raja Roy is a practising barrister and advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and former Minster of State in the recent caretaker administration of Bangladesh, until 2009. In 2010 he was elected to the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues for 2011-13. The seminar will accrue 1.5 CPD points in the Ethics strand. For more details download a flyer.
