TONIGHT - Seminar on International Commercial Arbitration: What the Bar Needs to Know

Following a joint announcement on 3 March 2010 by the Commonwealth and NSW Attorneys General of the establishment of Australian International Disputes Centre and the fact that the governments are seeking to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and affordability of international commercial arbitration through amendments to the relevant legislation, this seminar will be an opportunity for members to hear how the Sydney Bar can increase its expertise and role in international commercial arbitrations.
