Review of laws governing DNA and related forensic procedures

The New South Wales Government will set up a Forensic Working Party, headed by Justice Graham Barr, to review the Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Act 2000. The working group will include a crown prosecutor, a public defender, representatives from the Department of Justice and Attorney General, the NSW Police Force, the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Department of Health.
