The Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands (RAMSI) Law and Justice Program offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic developing environment, mentoring and empowering local Solomon Islands personnel. RAMSI, through GRM International Pty Ltd (GRM), is seeking highly qualified applicants for the following positions:

Legal Positions:

  • Registrar – National Judiciary
  • Solicitor - General– Attorney-General’s Chambers
  • Deputy DPP – Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions
  • Prosecution Adviser(s) – Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions
  • Prosecution Adviser – Police Prosecutions Directorate, Royal Solomon Islands Police Force
  • Legal Adviser(s) – Public Solicitor’s Office
  • Legal Practice Manager – Public Solicitor’s Office
  • Legal Policy Adviser(s) – various Justice Sector agencies

Justice Sector Support Positions:

  • Organisational Development Adviser – Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs
  • Assets and Infrastructure Projects Coordinator – Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs
  • Finance Adviser – Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs
  • Operations Manager – Case Support Unit

RAMSI is a partnership between the government and people of Solomon Islands and 15 contributing countries of the Pacific Islands Forum. For information on RAMSI, visit www.ramsi.org. The RAMSI Law and Justice Program supports the Solomon Islands Government in building efficient, affordable, accountable and sustainable justice sector institutions. GRM manages the implementation of the RAMSI Law and Justice Program.
