Law Council supports reinstatement of Racial Discrimination Act

The Law Council of Australia has supported the reinstatement of the Racial Discrimination Act (RDA) under the NT Intervention. Law Council President John Corcoran said, "The restoration of fundamental rights for Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory is long overdue. This announcement is an important step forward in ensuring the NT Intervention meets Australia’s international obligations." Learn more >
