Supreme Court announces delays in probate grants

The Supreme Court has warned to expect extended delays on receipt of a grant of probate. "Unfortunately, a large number of unexpected staff absences through illness over the last month has reduced the court's ability to meet its processing targets. Clients are advised that the current waiting time on a grant of probate is between four to five weeks from the date of filing", it was announced. Learn more >
