  • The usefulness and types of drug testing and how to interpret results for use in Court Section 75.2 Adjustments in Property Matters

The 24th Annual Calabro SV Family Law Residential is delivered by leading family law practitioners, members of the judiciary and bar, social scientists and accountants such as Professor Patrick Parkinson AM, University of Sydney, Diane Gibson, head of the Child Dispute Service, Family Court of Australia, Federal Magistrate Jarrett, Federal Magistrates Court of Australia and Martin Bartfeld QC, Victorian Bar, amongst many others. The program also covers specific Ethics and Practice Management strands designed for Counsel, and as approved by the Bar Association of Queensland (BAQ) for BAQ CPD points.
