AAT expert evidence guidelines

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal is developing two sets of guidelines in relation to the use of expert evidence and would welcome feedback from interested persons. Copies of the draft Guidelines Relating to Opinion Evidence and Guidelines for Use of Concurrent Evidence in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal may be obtained from the tribunal's web site. Comments should be submitted by Monday, 17 November 2008. Comments can be sent to:
