eSearch to Federal Law Search change over – 8 October 2008

Thu Oct 02 2008

As of Wednesday, 8 October 2008, the Federal Court of Australia’s eSearch facility will be available through the Commonwealth Courts Portal, as Federal Law Search. The Federal Law Search facility within the Commonwealth Courts Portal (CCP) has been running in parallel with the Federal Court’s eSearch facility for about six months. It provides additional filtering while searching, as well as the capacity to view greater details of returned files.

If you are accessing the current eSearch via a personal bookmark or favourite you will need to bookmark the new Federal Law Search page within the Commonwealth Courts Portal (CCP) and delete the old links. This can be achieved by clicking on the link below and adding the page to your favourites.
