Jeremy Gans of Melbourne Law School maintains Charterblog: Analysis of Victoria's Charter of Human Rights. He says that the purpose of the blog is to facilitate the teaching of�charter-based rights�to his criminal and evidence law students and to engage in a�"knowledge transfer" with other people affected by�not just the�Victorian charter, but similar ones in Britain, Canada and New Zealand.
