A new look for the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission

The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC)�has been 're-branded'�as the Australian Human Rights Commission and given a new mission statement.�The commission's logo has been modified�to include a 'positioning statement', which�now�reads:�'everyone, everywhere, everyday'.�

In a media release issued today, the commission says that�"the new corporate image for the Australian Human Rights Commission is the first step towards ensuring that all Australian audiences know that Australia has an independent national institution with the responsibility to protect and promote human rights in Australia".
