The sun will set on 1 September for two NSW Regulations

The Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Regulation 2008 has been gazetted. This Regulation replaces the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Regulation 2001, which�will be�repealed on 1 September 2008 by�section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.�View the Regulation>

Also, the Public Trustee Regulation 2008 has been gazetted, replacing the Public Trustee Regulation 2001, which will be repealed on 1 September 2008 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. View the Regulation>
