Fri Jun 27 2008A ceremonial sitting will be held on Friday, 15 August 2008 to mark the retirement, from 22 August,�of the Hon Justice Roger Gyles AO as a judge of the Federal Court of Australia. The sitting will take place at 9.30am, courtroom 21A, Law Courts Building, Queens Square.
Tom Bathurst QC will speak on behalf of the NSW Bar and the Australian Bar Association.
