Draft Constitutional Renewal Bill

That draft has just been released by the Ministry of Justice. Its provisions include�a rebalancing between�Parliament and the Executive,�a clear process to approve decisions about going to war, greater scrutiny of treaty ratification and reforming the role of the attorney general.
