Tue Oct 30 2007Online courts are now available in the Common Law Division.�The types of matters suitable for an Online Court include relatively straightforward matters where all parties are legally represented, for example consent directions. The service is available only to legal practitioners (and support staff nominated to post messages on the practitionerâs behalf), not to litigants or non-parties. Learn more >
