Tony McIntrye, former vice-president of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and a partner of Blake Dawson Waldron, died on 12 September 2007. A funeral service will be held at 11.15am on Thursday, 20 September 2007 at the South Chapel of the Eastern Suburbs Crematorium and Memorial Park, Military Road, Matraville.

Donations, in lieu of flowers, should be made to� the Australian Cancer Research Foundation, GPO Box 9989, Sydney 2001.
