The following persons have been reappointed as acting judges of the District Court of New South Wales for the period commencing on 1 July 2007 and expiring on 30 June 2008:

His Honour Acting Judge Patten has been reappointed as an acting judge of the District Court of New South Wales, effective 1 July 2007 - 16 November 2007.

Mr Peter Frederick Ashton has been appointed as an acting magistrate, a licensing magistrate�and as a warden,�effective 21 June 2007 - 30 June 2008.

Mr Beveridge has been reappointed as a licensing magistrate, effective 1 July 2007 - 30 June 2008.

Messrs Brahe, Cleary and Gilmore have been reappointed as part-time members of the Victims Compensation Tribunal, and Mr Brahe has been reappointed as chairperson of the tribunal, effective 1 July 2007 - 30 June 2008.

Furthermore, Mr Miller has been reappointed as an industrial magistrate, effective 1 July 2007 - 30 June 2008.
