Mentoring Program 2017

Mon Apr 10 2017
Mentoring

Since 2014 the Bar Association has offered junior barristers in their second year at the bar an opportunity to receive guidance and support from leaders in the profession. For senior barristers the program is an opportunity to develop effective leadership skills and encourage and support emerging talent at the New South Wales Bar. To get the gist of what mentors and mentees have gained from the program, check out our Q&A with Danielle Tucker and Sophie Callan as well as Sonia Tame and Lachlan Gyles.

The program has been designed in conjunction with McCarthy Mentoring, the Women Barristers Forum, the Education Committee and the Diversity and Equality Committee. If you wish to nominate yourself as a mentor for a barrister in their second year of practice please download and complete the information and registration form.
