Specialised Indigenous Lists

Sydney Registry of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia

The Federal Circuit Court in the Sydney Registry is continuing to trial specialised lists for matters involving one or more Indigenous parties. Where either party identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, the registry should be asked to list the matter on one of the following dates before Judge Sexton:

  • 5 May 2017
  • 15 June 2017
  • 21 July 2017
  • 21 September 2017
  • 26 October 2017
  • 7 December 2017

Legal representatives and indigenous support workers will be available to assist litigants on those dates.
