Wed Mar 22 2017

Members are invited to a unique seminar, which will trace a construction case (based on the facts of an actual but unidentified dispute in Asia), from commencement with the QS / claims manager's involvement, moving through all legal processes to judgement via mediation and arbitration. The seminar will take place on 3 April 2017 at 5.30pm in the Banco Court, Queens Square. This evening will appeal to all those involved in construction claims, including front and back end lawyers, in-house counsel, lawyers specialising in construction, claims consultants, quantity surveyors and contract administrators.
