Marcus Jacobs QC passed away on the morning of Sunday, 26 February 2017. His funeral was held the next day at the Jewish section of Macquarie Park Cemetery. His family would be comforted by remembrances about Marcus's life at the New South Wales Bar, which can be sent care of Diane McWilliam, 12th Floor Selborne / Wentworth Chambers.
