NSWLRC review of the Guardianship Act 1987

The New South Wales Law Reform Commission is undertaking a review of guardianship laws. On 22 August 2016 the commission released Question Paper 1: Preconditions for alternative decision-making arrangements. Now, the second consultation package has been released. It includes: Question Paper 2: Decision-making models and Question Paper 3: The role of guardians and financial managers.

Submissions close on 31 January 2017 and can be emailed to nsw_lrc@justice.nsw.gov.au or posted to GPO Box 31, Sydney NSW 2001.
