Preparing an Appeal to the Court of Criminal Appeal

On Wednesday, 26 October 2016 Chrissa Loukas SC will present a practical advocacy seminar on appeals to the Court of Criminal Appeal. The seminar, to be co-chaired by the Hon Justice Fullerton and Stephen Odgers SC, incorporates both severity and conviction appeals. The emphasis will be on the essentials of written submissions and oral advocacy. Learn more here.
