Using Cost Orders to Control the Expense of International Commercial Arbitration

Addressed by a distinguished panel: the Hon James Allsop AO, chief justice of the Federal Court of Australia (chair), Prof Doug Jones AO, Prof Janet Walker and Malcolm Holmes QC, this seminar will focus on on using cost orders to control the expense of international commercial arbitration, the subject of the prestigious 2016 CIArb Roebuck Lecture delivered by Prof Doug Jones AO.
