Review of the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013

The NSW Department of Justice is conducting a review of the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013 (NSW) to determine whether the policy objectives of the Act remain valid and whether the terms of the Act remain appropriate for securing those objectives. Submission are due by Friday, 29 July and should be sent to: Director, Civil Law, NSW Department of Justice, GPO Box 31 SYDNEY NSW 2001 or emailed to policy@justice.nsw.gov.au
