Bar FC back to their winning ways
Thu May 05 2016Bar FC defeated Reserve Bank C today in the Domain Soccer League with the final score being 1-0. Di Michael opened his account for the season with a well struck shot across the keeper who was kept busy during saving good shots by Bedrossian, Hartford Davis, Jonathan Clark and O’Shea. The backs also worked hard with newcomer Kane shoring up the centre with stalwart Vickers. Both backs were being given instruction by the opposition strikers – a sure sign they were doing their job. Goalkeeper and Captain Harris also deserves a mention. Whilst some might suggest his new public service position has meant that his sharpness has left him, a superb one handed save tipping a shot over the cross bar proved such detractors wrong.
A great team effort and probably one deserving of a few more goals.
