Organised Crime and Public Safety Bill 2016

Mon May 02 2016

The Bar Association has made a submission on the Criminal Legislation Amendment (Organised Crime and Public Safety) Bill 2016. Like the Crimes (Serious Crime Prevention Orders) Bill 2016 (NSW) with which it was introduced (and which is the subject of a separate submission of the NSW Bar Association on 13 April 2016), the Criminal Legislation Amendment (Organised Crime and Public Safety) Bill 2016 (NSW) has serious implications for the rule of law and individual freedoms in New South Wales.
