Implications of IMM v The Queen [2016] HCA 14

The High Court handed down an important judgment with respect to the Evidence Act 1995 on 14 April 2016. The Chair of the Criminal Law Committee, Stephen Odgers SC, who appeared for the successful appellant, has written an article entitled “Implications of IMM v The Queen [2016] HCA 14” in order to assist members in making submissions about the judgment in future proceedings.
