Correction: Parliamentary Research Service briefing on SCPOs

Tue Apr 19 2016

The NSW Parliamentary Research Service has published an e-Brief on the government's recent Serious Crime Prevention Orders legislation. Yesterday, the PRS contacted InBrief to clarify that the published comment that there are "concerns that SCPO regimes could be misused" actually related to criticisms of SCPOs in the United Kingdom, not NSW. InBrief regrets any confusion this might have caused. View the e-brief here.
