Chaired by Garry Rich SC, Director Bar Cover Estate planning must deal with the risks of longevity, injury, trauma and loss of working capacity and not just incapacity, domestic relationship breakdown and death. This session is focused on the use of Estate planning supported by insurance strategies such as Bar Cover, to mitigate these life risks and assure appropriate wealth is preserved in a person’s estate.
