Amending the Limitation Act 1969

The NSW Government has released a discussion paper on amending the Limitation Act 1969. The discussion paper and the associated public consultation, announced today by Attorney General Brad Hazzard, are in response to evidence being gathered by the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
