Ten Years of the Civil Procedure Act 2005

On Wednesday, 18 February 2015 Chief Justice Bathurst, Basten JA, Bergin J, Garling J, Sackville AJA and leading experts from the legal profession and academics will gather to discuss the impact and future of civil procedure in NSW after ten years of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW).
