Thu Mar 08 2018On 5 March 2018, the Uniform Rules Committee approved the creation of two new UCPR forms to be used in the probate list in the Supreme Court: Form 150 - Notice of Motion for Order Passing Accounts; and Form 151 – Affidavit Confirming Service of Notice of Proceedings.
