RACS urgent town hall meeting

Fri Feb 16 2018

The Refugee Advice and Casework Service (RACS) has until the end of March to raise enough funds to represent 1,100 people seeking asylum in NSW who urgently need legal support to prepare for interviews with the Department of Immigration. These interviews will decide whether they can remain in Australia or will get deported.

As a final attempt to raise a fighting fund RACS will hold a major information session on Thursday, 22 February 2018 at 6.30pm – 8.00pm in Marrickville Town Hall.

Speakers will include RACS Principal Solicitor, Sarah Dale, high profile supporters and people who have been personally affected by Australia’s refugee policies.
