Examination and remuneration applications in the Corporations List

Fri Aug 18 2017
Practice and procedure

Practitioners and parties are advised that the registrar will no longer be determining applications for remuneration and issuing examination orders (including orders for production) in chambers. Upon filing these applications, the registry will list these matters before the registrar at 11.00am each Wednesday. Available dates for the hearing of examinations before the registrar will be published on the Supreme Court website. It is expected that parties would have reviewed these dates prior to the listing before the registrar.
