ACCC priorities 2017-18 and the Harper Reforms

This is a practical, "what you need to know" half-day seminar at the NSW State Library on Friday, 11 August 2017. It will cover the ACCC’s enforcement and compliance priorities for 2017-18 along with the Harper changes — concerted practices, joint ventures and tying, plus a practical look at conduct that may be captured by the revised law.
