Request for views regarding the consequences of the decision in Burns v Corbett

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) is concerned that various litigants in the Consumer & Commercial Division and the Administrative & Equal Opportunity Division are being adversely affected by the consequences of the decision in Burns v Corbett [2017] NSWCA 3. Members interested in providing input on this issue can provide them to the Bar Association’s Deputy Executive Director Alastair McConnachie by close of business Tuesday, 30 May.
