Federal Court of Australia - Practitioners’ Consultation Forum on Commercial & Corporations NPA

The Federal Court will conduct a consultation forum to discuss the Commercial & Corporations National Practice Area (NPA) in Sydney on Tuesday, 5 April 2016, commencing at 5.15pm. The forum will be chaired by Justice Middleton and Justice Foster with Justice Foster presenting.

The key topics for discussion will include the draft Central Practice Note, draft Commercial & Corporations NPA Practice Note and the draft Class Actions Practice Note.
