Welcome ceremony for Angus Stewart

Justice Angus Stewart was appointed as a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia, to be resident in Sydney, with effect from 25 February 2019.

A ceremonial sitting of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia will be held in Sydney at which the new Judge will be welcomed. The sitting will be held at 9.30 am on Monday, 25 March 2019 in Court 1, Level 21, Federal Court of Australia, Law Courts Building, Queens Square, Sydney.

Members of the NSW Bar Association are invited to attend. Michael McHugh SC will speak on behalf of the NSW Bar Association. Barristers are to wear robes, wigs are not worn.
