The Hayne Royal Commission: Implications for lawyers?

The Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry handed down its final report on 1 February 2019. Although the report did not focus on the conduct of lawyers, what it said about the conduct of participants in the financial services industry has implication for the legal profession.

The Australian Academy of Law will hold its first event for 2019 in Sydney on Monday, 25 March at 5.00pm - 6.30pm in the Banco Court, Queens Square. Among the distinguished panellists will be Phil Boulten SC, former president of the Bar Association. Reserve your place here.
