CPD Online - The New Law of Penalties: Mapping the Terrain

If you missed last Tuesday's, 12 February, lunchtime presentation by John Eldridge, Lecturer, The University of Sydney, fear not! The seminar is now available via CPD Online. All relevant materials, including Mr Eldridge’s paper, 'The New Law of Penalties: Mapping the Terrain', are published alongside the recording and available to download. Please note, an edited version of John Eldridge's paper was published in 2018 in the Journal of Business Law. If you have misplaced your CPD Members login and password details you are able to reset your details by clicking on 'member sign in' which appears in the top right-hand corner of the screen on our homepage. You then click on 'unknown password or username', this will then prompt you to add your surname and date of birth. This will trigger an email to be sent to you with your new details.
